Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and our commitment to protecting intellectual property rights, The Daily Practical maintains a policy of terminating access for users or commenters who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
We reserve the right to terminate, at our sole discretion, access to this Site by any person who repeatedly infringes or is alleged to infringe the copyrights of The Daily Practical or third parties.
